Replace _metadata->timeseriesBucketsMayHaveMixedSchemaData checks with getTimeseriesBucketsMayHaveMixedSchemaData()

      This check is not reliable because the timeseriesBucketsMayHaveMixedSchemaData top-level catalog value may be incorrect (see SERVER-91194 for more details).

      This is not a critical bug at moment because the worse that can happen is that the mongod may wrongly not emit a log line.

      When doing this ticket we should also get rid of this unjustified strong invariant: SERVER-91195 deprecated _metadata->timeseriesBucketsMayHaveMixedSchemaData and the intention is to get rid of it.
