Resurrect immortal SP with large tumbling window of size 100MB. The size has temporarily been decreased to 10MB but if we implement some of the improvements in the linked issues, we should be able to resurrect this test. The expectation is that when it runs into memory issues again, we should never see an OOM but the situation is caught via the memory tracker instead
