Update Cocoapods recipe to use frameworks

    Description

      The mobile SDKs have been updated to generate frameworks for libbson, libmongoc and mongoe. The cocoapods for MongoSwift and MongoMobile should be updated to use these frameworks, instead of building custom frameworks themselves.
