We're using SSH cloning in Evergreen, which they are planning to turn off. See this email from Chaya.

Solution & Acceptance Criteria

Switch to Dynamic GitHub Access Tokens. The credentials are in 1Password (and also, separately, Michael has them). mongo-tar-bot is the app name.

This must be done before November 4, but we should do it earlier than that.

Should be added to 1.9 and main branches

Impact

Stop our CI from becoming broken.
