Outcome:
Ensure long-running test/format executions validate stability and correctness under sustained load.

Scope:
Execute extended, long-duration stability and data consistency validation for test/format in leader mode. These runs are designed to uncover issues that only appear under sustained load. Unlike standard runs, which typically last 5–10 minutes and are well-suited for testing random configurations, these extended runs are necessary to ensure stability and correctness guarantees. This is part of the project enabling longer-running tests.
