This ticket tracks a read‑heavy Workgen workload used to study cache‑stuck behavior and checkpoint/eviction interactions in disaggregated storage with PALite in leader mode. The goal is to understand how a predominantly read workload behaves with large WiredTiger caches and frequent checkpoints.

A read‑heavy Workgen workload that performs approximately 90% reads (OP_SEARCH in snapshot transactions) and 10% writes, with the write portion evenly split between inserts (OP_INSERT) and updates (OP_UPDATE) on the same table.
