      Consequence of CDRIVER-1077 changes, "make distcheck" now fails:

      make[3]: Entering directory `/virtualenvs/c-driver/libbson/libbson-1.4.0-beta0/_build'
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `doc/html/bson_installing.html', needed by `html'.  Stop.

      The release tarball is still created properly, but "make distcheck" can no longer validate it.
