Recently, the Windows variant for testing mongodb+srv URIs with auth has begun failing in the Mongo Orchestration phase. MO logs don't clarify the cause for me. Something about the contents of the auth-thisDB-ssl.json MO config file, or something about MO's logic for setting up a replica set with a non-admin user, no longer works with the latest MongoDB.
