      An uninstall target was added to the mongo-c-driver project under CDRIVER-2682: https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-c-driver/commit/3c0ace57b0517de65203a0c3fe0be82ccab35e6f

      The Evergreen tasks added in that commit only cover Linux and Windows/MinGW. An additional Evergreen task needs to be added that tests the install/uninstall sequence for Visual Studio builds, i.e., after msbuild.exe INSTALL.vcxproj.
