      • test that code is formatted in evergreen with a lint task
      • update clang-format to a more recent version (we've been fixed on 4.0.1)
      • add a convenience script (ala the C++ driver's clang_format.py)
      • use IncludeBlocks or similar to enforce a consistent #include order.
