      Missing the following from the release tar ball for 1.13.0:

      • bson-thread-private.h
      • mongoc-cluster-gssapi-private.h
      • mongoc-gssapi-private.h

       

      As an example – causes the build to fail when configuring the driver to have gssapi support.
