      There are three tests skipped in CDRIVER-3287 that we need to investigate:

      • remain pinned after non-transient error on commit
      • commitTransaction retry fails on new mongos
        • due to a minor mongos pinning bug
      • unpin after transient error within a transaction and commit
        • due to a minor mongos pinning bug
