/bson/oid/after_fork failing on macOS locally with ASAN

      Running test-libmongoc on macOS 10.14.2 like so:

      ./cmake-build/src/libmongoc/test-libmongoc --no-fork -d

      Results in a crash from /bson/oid/after_fork when running with ASAN. That test is skipped on Windows, but passes on macOS and Linux in evergreen.
