The rpm-package-build task has begun to consistently fail. The first failure in the series appears in the waterfall as of commit 1809f8d1c on 03/11/2020. The downstream RPM maintainer updated the .spec file on 03/09/2020 for a 1.16.2-2 release. It is possible that the problem surfaced somewhere around these dates and changes. Additionally, there may be an underlying change to the Evergreen system image on which the task runs.
