Documentation build fails with Sphinx 2.4

      Building man pages with latest released Sphinx warns (and fails if building with -W):

      > cd mongo-c-driver/src/libmongoc/doc
> sphinx-build -j 4 -b man -qEW . man

      This appears to only fail because of building in parallel. The -j 4 option results in the warning.
