Work around hostname matching bug for Secure Transport in tests

      After turning off weak certificate validation for CDRIVER-3579, some tests in test-mongoc-client.c failed for IPv6 because macOS and Windows apparently do not consider [::1] to match 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1.
