Several Windows Evergreen tasks appear to do nothing useful:

• link-with-bson-windows
• link-with-cmake-windows
• link-with-cmake-windows-snappy
• link-with-cmake-windows-ssl

In each case, the respective Evergreen helper script seems to terminate after the call to vcvars64.bat. The tasks should in fact execute the remaining commands and some sort of mechanism should be implemented to ensure that the tasks complete the requisite build, link, execution steps, etc.
