The recommendation for -DENABLE_AUTOMATIC_INIT_AND_CLEANUP differs in the documentation.

In particular:

• http://mongoc.org/libmongoc/current/init-cleanup.html#deprecated-feature-automatic-initialization-and-cleanup uses NO
• http://mongoc.org/libmongoc/current/installing.html#preparing-a-build-from-a-release-tarball uses OFF

Which one is the right one? NO? OFF? Both?

I understand documentation should be consistent and show always the same option.
