      • Ignore SDAM error handling on errors before the handshake
      • Go through SDAM error handling for errors after the initial handshake, but do not mark the server Unknown.
      • Do not make any changes to the TopologyDescription or ServerDescription on a state change error.
      • Determine the connection generation number based on the serviceId field in the handshake response.
