https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/master/src/mongo/base/error_codes.err, which no longer exists. I believe this should link to https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/master/src/mongo/base/error_codes.yml instead.

Cross-referencing with DOCS-10757, since that ticket may result in a more presentable list of server-side error codes maintained by the docs team. If so, libmongoc could link to that instead of the YAML file in the server repository.
