The /command_monitoring/unified/redacted-commands test currently fails and/or is flaky. It produces this error:

Could not establish stream for node 127.0.0.1:8000: [TLS handshake failed: Connection timed out calling hello on '127.0.0.1:8000']

The test is currently being skipped, so to work on it, it will first be necessary to remove it from .evergreen/skip-tests.txt and run a patch build to determine the current failure mode(s).
