CDRIVER-3620 introduced a new config generator that allows defining variants/tasks/functions in logical components. There are many tasks and functions remaining that are still defined by the legacy config generator. Finish moving these configs over to the new config generator to allow removing the legacy config generator and cleaning up the list of by-distro variants in the current Evergreen configuration.
