      Proposal

      • replace tests using macos-1014 with macos-1100.

      Background & Motivation

      CDRIVER-4580 documents dropping support of macOS 10.14 and macOS 10.15. After this is announced in a 1.24.0 release, testing with macos-1014 is no longer necessary.

      At time of writing, only .evergreen/legacy_config_generator/evergreen_config_lib/variants.py needs to be updated.
