      The current MinGW tasks in EVG delegate to .bat scripts that encode assumptions about the paths and locations of the MinGW distributions on specific Windows builders. This prevents locally debugging and modifiying the MinGW tasks. Additionally, these tasks are still using a very very old GCC 4.9.
