Add missing unified tests for Load Balanced topology

      Summary

      Add the following to run-tests.sh to the list of load balanced tests:

      test_args+=("-l" "/index-management*")
test_args+=("-l" "/client_side_encryption/unified*")

      Verify the tests pass.

      Background & Motivation

      The Load Balancer Support test README requires testing the following:

      1. All test suites written in the Unified Test Format

      C driver tests do not appear to be running the unified tests for index-management or client_side_encryption/unified for load balancers.
