      The version of utf8proc in purls.txt here https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-c-driver/blob/master/etc/purls.txt#L12 should be v2.8.0

      This is preventing Blackduck from mapping utf8proc to correct OSS dependency.

      The CycloneDX SBOM would need to be re-generated using Silk Bomb and updated in the repo as well.
