      Split from CDRIVER-4385 which implemented the clang-format-all.sh script and applied an 80 -> 120 column limit update.

      Set SortIncludes: CaseInsensitive (or CaseSensitive), set IncludeBlocks: Regroup, and update IncludeCategories accordingly.
