      Recent changes to DET scripts related to mongo orchestration setup, run, and teardown are frequently breaking the C Driver's Evergreen config scripts. Audit the use of related mongo orchestration scripts such that they better align with DET's expectations of their usage. The MONGO_ORCHESTRATION_HOME and MONGODB_BINARIES environment variables in particular appear to be troublesome.
