MongoDB cancelled our subscription to Delighted and it will be deactivated on 9/28

Remove the tooling from the two linked pages. Coordination with DBX Engineering may be needed.

What are the risks to making this change?

It will soon become an unused dependency and we should remove it for security purposes. Let me know if this is something that would be better directed elsewhere!
