      Background
      CDRIVER-5514 documented:

      Support for ENABLE_SASL=CYRUS on Windows is removed.

      And changed a DEPRECATION message to a WARNING. That warning may be easily missed. I mistakenly left test tasks for Cyrus on Windows. Users may be better informed that Cyrus is not supported by erroring, rather than warning.
