      Summary

      Add runCommand and runCursorsCommand to MongoAC.

      Motivation

      Required for run-command specification compliance in the MongoAC. Wraps the equivalent functionality in the Rust driver.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • runCommand is exposed in the Async C Driver API.
      • runCursorCommand is exposed in the Async C Driver API.
      • Behavior matches the run-command specification.
      • Tests cover the added operation.
