      Summary

      Add collection and database helpers to the Async C Driver: list, create, and drop.

      Motivation

      Covers the collection-management, enumerate-collections, and enumerate-databases specifications for the Async C Driver. Wraps the equivalent functionality in the Rust driver.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • listCollections, listDatabases, createCollection, dropCollection, and dropDatabase are exposed in the Async C Driver API.
      • Behaviour matches the relevant specifications.
      • Tests cover the added operations.
