      Motivation

      Required for change-streams specification compliance in the Async C Driver. Wraps the equivalent functionality in the Rust driver.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Change streams can be opened on client, database, and collection.
      • Resume behaviour matches the change-streams specification.
      • Tests cover the added operations.
