There are over 200 crate dependencies pulled in by the Rust Driver, plus some required by the mongoac library itself. These dependencies are bundled into the mongoac shared and static libraries. Therefore, the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES document, or an equivalent within the src/libmongoac subdirectory, needs to correctly fulfill the attribution requirements of the various MIT/BSD/etc. licenses for the dependencies (i.e. as currently done for the utf8proc and zlib bundled libraries).
