      Document the supported platform matrix.

      Motivation

      Wrapping the Rust driver constrains which platforms and toolchains can be supported. The supported set must be tested in CI (CDRIVER-6382) and stated publicly.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Async C Driver tests run in Evergreen on all officially-supported target platforms.
      • The officially supported target platform and compiler matrix is documented.
      • Platforms that cannot be supported, and the reasons, are recorded.
