      Whether called with flags MONGOC_INSERT_CONTINUE_ON_ERROR or with MONGOC_INSERT_NONE, the deprecated legacy insert API always sets the continueOnError wire protocol flag with legacy OP_INSERTs.

      test_insert_bulk meticulously ensures this bug is preserved, instead of marking it as a bug and failing?
