      Limit and batchSize tests implemented for CDRIVER-982 don't work with find commands. Rewrite using the mock server to test that the nToReturn header of OP_QUERY and OP_GETMORE messages is properly filled out for legacy queries, and that "limit" and "batchSize" options are properly set for "find" and "getMore" commands.
