Test both 32- and 64-bit GCC builds on Solaris

      Although the build variant is called solaris-64-bit in .mci.yml, we actually make 32-bit binaries there. I think CFLAGS isn't properly passed around in .mci.yml.

      We should test both 32- and 64-bit and name the Solaris variants correctly.
