Make collection schema a part of generating queries/aggs

      Because generated queries and aggregations have a much higher quality when schema is included, we should: 

      1. Add a note to the query/agg tool description to also call collection-schema
      2. Amend the collection_schema description shown to the user to make it clear that this tool provides extra context for aggregations/queries
