Let's make Data Size (uncompressed) it's own column in the databases and collections tables in Compass & DE and remove it from the hover state for Storage Size. 

We also need to hide the Storage Size (compressed) value for flex and free tier Atlas clusters in Data Explorer - this value is irrelevant to those users, and it has led to lots of confusion for field teams and customers. (Ideally we could hide Storage Size (compressed) value for flex and free tier Atlas clusters in Compass too, but today we do not have visibility into what Atlas tier a cluster is, so for now let's show both values there.)
