My customer noticed that the indices are showing ready but in reality that they are still building

While the Compass UI can now display index build % completion via currentOp, we only check for index builds initiated via the UI. Instead, we should always check for in progress index builds.

Confirm that this currentOp output reflects the index build progress for the entire cluster, not just the node we are connected to. This might be hard to test so consider asking in slack or gleaning around for info here
