"All documents" option for DM creation

      As an alternative to sample size, the user can also pick "All documents" option, which will load an analyze all the documents in their collections.
      This can have severe effects on the performance - this is why designs include warnings, and it would be good if the documentation reiterated these warnings.

      In addition to configurable sample size, we could provide a separate "all documents" option. In this case it doesn't make sense to do a sample call, so this would be a find.
