Problem
Currently, modals in Compass have inconsistent language in titles and descriptions. To ensure a cohesive user experience, we want to align these with LeafyGreen guidelines to provide a consistent microcopy experience across Atlas and Compass.

Note: This is a Sage Bot pilot ticket. I am testing the automation on a single microcopy change first to validate the workflow. Once this PR is successfully merged, and we are aligned on workflow, we can apply these standardized changes across all remaining microcopy areas in a more streamlined fashion.

Solution
Apply consistent LeafyGreen language to Validation confimation modal title "Confirm applying rules ?"  instead of "Are you sure..." aligning with LG guidelines and also defined by our team in our Compass Patterns link
