Problem Statement/Rationale

When I try to import a csv or json file, first time it opens the windows from which to choose the file I want to import but does nothing. If I try again from the same session nothing happens, not even opening to select the file.

entries from csv file to be imported in the collection

nothing is happening

Additional Notes

Compass is very slow at connecting to different databases from Atlas, also slow at returning a response when performing different queries but I assumed that is something from my company network ...
