I suggest we use: code-review-team-data-explorer because MMS needs us to take ownership of specific paths and that is spread throughout that repo, the other Repos just need one global team and it can be this one.

We can investigate changing the name, GH UI allows us to but we need to know if that will break Mana and codeowners before doing that.
