Currently used feature flag check for this feature:

1. DATA_EXPLORER_COMPASS_WEB (mms.featureFlag.dataExplorerCompassWeb): This is fully enabled with a block-list. Which mean, the block list does not matter and we can remove this check as it’s always true.
2. DATA_EXPLORER_COMPASS_WEB_ROLLOUT (mms.featureFlag.compassWebRollout): It’s in 100% controlled state, the block lists are respected. Currently its blocked for:
   1. raas-cr-data-notprod (66d5a037539ae01658740683): This is currently scoped to group and we will add this to the allow-list for `DATA_EXPLORER_FORCE_LEGACY_DATA_EXPLORER_FOR_ORG`
   2. MongoDB Compass Team Shared (57f303493b34b93fbdeb7649): Don't care about this one
3. DATA_EXPLORER_COMPASS_WEB_USER_CONTROLLED_DISABLE (mms.featureFlag.dataExplorerCompassWeb.userControlledDisable): This stays as it sets this for a project.
4. DATA_EXPLORER_FORCE_LEGACY_DATA_EXPLORER_FOR_ORG (mms.featureFlag.forceLegacyDataExplorerForOrg): This will be the only feature flag we will use
