Add telemetry for:

1. Field type changes, from type and to type (crud, table view, and in insert dialogue)
2. Field edited (only default and table view) (with the type of the field) on unfocus
3. Add field (to top level, or array/object)
4. Insert document cancelled
5. Insert document failed
6. Update document cancelled
7. Delete field
8. Show more fields clicked
9. Crud document view changed (default, ejson, table)
10. Generate aggregation/query closed
