Update compass-web so it makes use of AtlasAuthPlugin

      We need to make sure compass and compass-web are aligned regarding the use of AtlasAuthPlugin. Today, compass-web is implementing its own AtlasCloudAuthService which throws exception as it's not implemented. That is not the behaviour expected from compass-web. Compass-web should know how to resolve the user given it lives inside Atlas so the user has to be logged in to Atlas.
