Update atlas-tool-call-message text to be generic

      Today, the `atlas-tool-call-message.tsx` has some texts that are related to the debug tool, e.g. `Run Atlas to debug this connection?` and `Connect with Atlas to debug this connection?`. We want to update these to be generic enough so we add the actual tool name on it. 

       

      1. Does it make sense to separate between Run/Connect?
      2. What would be the better text? Discuss with Misba about it
