      Extracted from the semver-compatible lockfile upgrade PR (commit b0abde3).

      • Deletes configs/mocha-config-devtools/register/enzyme-register.js, drops the isEnzyme branch in react.js, removes enzyme, chai-enzyme, @wojtekmaj/enzyme-adapter-react-17.
      • Coupled to the chai 4 → 6 upgrade (chai-enzyme can't work on chai 6), but it's a test-infra capability removal — own PR (possibly stacked on the chai PR).
